Home remedies for eczema/dry skin?

I'm not sure if I have eczema or not, but I keep getting these little itchy bumpy patches that worsen during seasonal changes. I've tried like thirty types of lotion and nothing does the trick. I want it to go away, not just soothe. Please help, and offer me some suggestions.

Home remedies for eczema/dry skin?
Benyedryl, witch hazel, drink massive amounts of water, lots of sleep, aveeno products are good. There's a soap at AmWay. It comes in a three pack, I think. That works good on any skin problem. I can't remember the name of it though. There little orange squares of soap, and there not cheap, but they work.
Reply:I know how you feel. I have eczema and I HATE it! Search Home Remedies for Eczema on google, there are TONS of answers! Hope I helped!
Reply:Some people think that detoxifying your body will cleanse it enough to get rid of skin problems. You could look into it. I don't know if cleansing works or not.
Reply:Try baby powder...

Or lotion (non allergenic, of course) and then some powder... Could be your skin doesn't like have to adjust moisture levels for itself...gets all confused come spring and fall...

Could also be psoriasis..there is a special RX cream for that...there's one you can buy over the counter...I think by Aveeno..pretty good stuff.
Reply:Ok, my sister has eczema, and it is not curable. It's able to make it less severe, but is life-lasting. Or, at least that's what doctor's and research says. My sister's skin doesn't like the creams that the doctors give her, because it doesn't work for it, (it has a blue box and container that looks like a toothpaste container but in a smaller version) so, she uses a cream that is called Bebe, and has a pic. of a cartoon baby.( am not sure if sold in U.S, she gets it in Mexico)

I suggest go to a doctor immediately, and avoid scented products. Such as,deoderants, and lotions.

Try using:

Armer Hammer Baking soda Deodarant-No scent

And any lotion that you see doesn't make your skin worse.

Good luck!
