Ok, so whenever my body comes in contact with water (like when i take a shower or go swimming) I develop these red patches all over my chest and arms and stuff. And some of them have a little bump in the middle but some are just red and itchy. I'm pretty sure I'm not allergic to water, anyone have any ideas?

you might have an allergy or irritation to chlorine. Even in tap water there are trace amounts, so that may be triggering it. You may want to see your doctor and find out what it is- water is vital- you need to fix this problem.
Reply:You could also have an allergy to colder air hitting your skin. The welts are a good indication.
Reply:maybe you are allergic to the chlorine in the pool or something in the faucet water. i would see a doctor.
Reply:you could have eczema. my two little cousins have eczema and they get red itchy patches on their skin if they are in the water too long they can only take a bath once or twice a week.
