Me and my friend were walkin outside in the cold for about 3 hours and when we got hom the backs of our thigs were red and had white blotches on them and they were really itchy, i thought it was frost bite but im not sure please help, what is it?

It is frost bite. It may take a couple of days before these symptoms go away. Next time, don't stay out so long in the cold. Frostbite can cause some permanent damage.
