I woke up last nite with red blotches all over my body and feeling really hot, its not itchy and there are no spots im just red all over, i have taken anti histamines but it doesnt seem to being getting better, does anyone think this sounds like an allergic reaction? i have an appointment at the doctors later on but was just wondering if anyone had seen this happen before???

it is most likely a heat rash- the symptoms are red patches on the skin which are not itchy. There's no need to take anti-histamines for it, some cream such as aloe vera will do as it cools and soothes the rash
