My fiance has developed red splotches on his stomach/hip area. They are not itchy, they are not raised at all. He has no known allergies and nothing has changed as far as laundry soap, or foods he has eaten. They seem to appear on random. Any clues as to what this could be?

Maybe you have sex with him so much he gets rashes. Or maybe he is allergic to you. hahahahhaha.

Could be a rash, not all rashes are itchy.
Seeing a doc would be his best answer.
