Skin Problem?!?

my grandma had a knee surgery 1 year ago also needed blood from a outside donor (someone we dont know) and then after couple months she started getting dry, itchy, hands and feet we tried everything but nothing worked they look fine now but they end up coming back again and then they go away and come back again. Today she also had a bump or puss pimple thing on her thigh she said it hurts alot to sit


What could be wrong? thats the only symptoms she has. is it just infection or something?














I know it doesnt sound like something to be sooo worried over but still im super worried and hope she is OK!! :( please help
