I hardly have any moles or freckles but I have this one on my back that I've been ignoring since it showed up 8 or so years ago. Lately it's been kind of itchy and it feels weird. It's probably nothing but I wanted to know if it were cancerous, what are some of the other symptoms I would notice in terms of the rest of my body?
Skin Cancer?
I know that if the spot is really dark or gets darker, bigger, or more raised, it can be a sign that it is cancerous. You should have a dermatologist look at it. You don't feel different until it is too late and some people never feel and different.
