Skin condition?

Recently I have gotten a little "ring" which is reddish on the edge (about 1 cm diameter), very itchy. I now think that I have this is more than one place on my body, and normal moisturising cream as well as Excema cream doesn't do anything about it. Does someone have any idea what this may be and what I should do about it?

Skin condition?
Ringworm ie., fungus infection. Please see the webpages for more details and images on Ringworm.
Reply:Please see a skin specialist as soon as possible. ask your family doctor for a referral. It is hard to diagnose your skin condition without seeing it , good luck
Reply:I'd definitely see a skin specialist. It could be anything from a rash to psoriasis. Both my dad and sister have psoriasis which are itchy patches of skin that occur over the body at any time, normally initiated by stress. They appear red at first but tend to turn scabby. There is no cure but it is treatable with special creams and if its serious UV treatment. However without seeing the skin it is only a guess. Definitely make an appointment to see your GP soon.
