Skin problem help. ASAP?

I have 23 year old male friend who started to have some lesions on the back that spread on shoulders and neck. here are his symptoms. Vitals signs normal, the pores of those lesions are red, theyre flat, not itchy, dry, no discharge, no swelling. What could this be?

Skin problem help. ASAP?
hm, does he have other symptoms such as joint pain, night sweats, or hair loss? It might be Discoid Lupus, a autoimmune disease that causes red lesions and spotches on the skin.

It could also be a bacterial infection. You should definitely go to a dermatologist or internalist to get it checked out.
Reply:That could be skin cancer, he should have a physician look at that right away..
Reply:It does sound like possible basel cell carcinoma. Your friend should go see a dermotologist to find out. basel cells come in a variety of looks, depths, color etc...
