Skin Problem(red-brown spot)?

A friend of mine have a dark tan spot under his armpit. It is about an inch. it round. Don't itch or hurt. I dont think it a rash or itchy problem.. anyone have any idea that is???

There are so many things it could be but no one, not even a doctor, can tell your friend what it is without visually seeing it. For example, it could be a birthmark, a mole, simply an area of pigmentation, etc.
