They've showed up on my upper arms, shoulders, neck, chest, and back. I use aloe vera lotion sometimes, which seems to help a little. I also bath/wash every day with a soap with lotion in, incase its dry skin. They seem to only come in the summer, or so i think. I didn't have them over the winter, and had them last summer too. Possibly from the sun?? They can go away in a few days, or stay for awhile.. depends on if i remember not to scratch. for awhile i thought it was my shampoo/conditioner, but it got worse when i was out in the sun today.. Im also allergic to nickel, so i dont wear jewelry. Maybe my skin is just too sensitive? =( all i know is these bright red rashes, are a pain in the butt, and also not very attractive.. ideas?
Any idea what these itchy rashes are from?
Sounds like a heat rash. I would wear a good sunscreen for sensitive skin and cover your shoulders and arms with light clothing while in the sun.
