what is it, a tumor, a skin disease, can it spread? Should i get it checked. Its been there for 6 months

Its ring Worm!
Reply:it could be a ringworm or something kin to it...i would try an anti fungul cream and keep a bandaid over it. it can still take quite a while to get rid of with this treatment...my daughter's took 2 months to get rid of and we put the cream on and changed the cover in the morning and at night after her bath.

Reply:My guess would be ringworm. Ringworm is contagious. If it has been there for six months, I would have it checked out by a health professional.
