You have to know what is possibly causing the hives. If you can find out then you can possibly solve the problem. Simply taking medication or applying creams to get rid of the hives, but bring temporary relief, but the problem will remain.

Try taking an antihistamine at bed time and soak in an oatmeal bath - every day - apply an antihistamine or cortizone cream to the welts - and wear socks to bed so you won't scratch. (yes on your hands)
Also use Tide Free for your clothes,
and make sure you use only pure and natural products for your hair, face, skin - are you under stress? food allergy?
