i have checked my down there with a mirror today and i found white and pink patches in my viginal skin!!??! thats whats causing the awful itching till bleeding and the super discomfort... does anyone know what does that mean?? what do i have ?? i will make an appointment with the doc tomorrow, but i am so scared!! ? what could it be??

It sounds like Thrush, a very common, very annoying problem but one that is soon cleared up with appropriate treatment. Try and avoid scented soaps, bubble baths, vaginal sprays etc until it has cleared as they are very irritating. Wear cotton underwear at the moment and don't scratch. I know that is difficult but the more you scratch the itchier you get.

could be a reaction to any of the soaps or other products you've used 'down there'


if you shave or wax or whatever it could be that


or it could be some sort of rash or infection...


don't worry too much - there are loads of things that can cause 'feminine itching'

Anyways: Go to the doctor. You could have an std, or a simple rash. They will have what you need to cure it. It usually doesn't take long to get rid of vaginal rashes. It could be a yeast infection too, look up vaginal rashes on google.

Reply:You poor thing, it's probably thrush which is a fungal infection. incredibly itchy often with a discharge and whiteish plaques (patches) Canestan cream will help if it is thrush, (look up more on the net), but if at all in doubt SEE THE DOCTOR.
